In visual studio i put DLL (FastColorTextBox.DLL) and when i try to find in Toolbox, I do not see him. Why ?

Right click a tab in toolbox (All windows forms etc)
Click:
Choose Items -> .NET Framework Components -> Browse -> (select the DLL) -> Click OK

you could just drag the dll (after you add it to references) to the toolbox which is the easiest way
