RedBoyKey not working (I've tried multiple times)

Whenever I try to put in my RedBoyKey, there's a pop-up saying something about it being the improper size or something. How do I fix this? I tried turning off my virus protector and tried different keys from different times I pressed "Get Key". But all of them said the same thing.

are u click copy key on the site

make sure the whole key is copied
