If it's possible, could there be a way for the API to still work once you get teleported into another game?

Pretty sure that if something such as Skisploit (an exploit with it's own seperate dll) can't do that or even Synapse (i don't know about that yet) can do this, it would take a good month or two, especially considering the frequent updates on Synapse.
