I know this may be something commonly occuring with antivirus on but I turned everything off and it still occurs. Basically when I push recieve key it just gives me an error that says "Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Application not found" How do I fix this?

what anti virus do you have

and make sure windows defender is also disabled
