So I made a pretty decent exploit I guess, But how can I get it on WRD? Is it paid?

WRD isn't looking for new exploits to add right now. Though if I do see it gets lots attention, I would reconsider.

try promoting your exploit on vermillion, but thats kinda dangerous because people there don't really like free executors

if you exploit stands out (ie custom source or cross platform)

you'll have a high chance of getting it added
