[Mobile] Bell & Profile Open Not Working

For whatever reason, the bell and profile buttons aren't working. I don't know why though.

I'm using an iPhone with the latest Chrome app and IOS version.

 

Edit: After testing it on other browsers and relogging, the two tabs don't seem to work
