Cannot add Wearedevs API to my exploit using c#

I tried making an exploit, Everything was going fine then when, I tried to launch the exploit it gived me this error: WeAreDevs_API, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' The system cannot find the file specified.

Looks like your anti virus just deleted your file cuz it cant find the file
