Dex Explorer is blank

Dear and admin or moderator reading this complaint,

I apologize for any waste of time, but Dex Explorer v2.0.0 is blank. It shows that only script viewer is open and it prompts me with questions I can not answer (I can't click answers). If there is a solution or fix, I would gladly appreciate if a mod,admin,or user could assist me. If there is an alternate Explorer (besides simple Explorer) I could use, please reply. Otherwise thank you so much for your time.
