is there anything that could make me join people who have their " who can join me " set to friends only?

i wanna join my friend who was banned before and unfriended everybody and 1 year later he is back online and i wanna join him

can anybody help?

i tried searching but nothing really worked so is there like a website that i have to enter a userid in and it then lets me join them?

or something related like an exploit or script that makes me follow them?
