something happened
to my pc
i installed an exploit off of youtube called infernus
thought it was good cuz i had no other choice and was browsing the whole internet for a good exploit
and when i installed it
it had a bootstrapper which is the thing that probably downloaded a virus so that it doesn't get detected by chrome
and i fell for it
it had adware and then blocked me off of my pc
tried to get through my firewall with a fake windows app saying that it's windows service app but i declined to let it through the firewall
but since i had my real protection off,
it blocked me off of my pc
im worried about everything
everytime i try to open it, there's just a screen and on the top left a _ that blinks and does nothing
can someone tell me a way to remove this somehow
i cant access my pc and i'm super super duper worried that it will steal my google passwords and roblox passwords and other passwords
i need help pls ;-;

Does it get past the booting screen? Or just it just go straight to the blinking _ when you turn it on? If it does go straight to that, I'm afraid it's been deleted system files.

a blinking _ means a dead hard drive or no boot system
you probably have to reinstall windows
worst case your hard drive is dead and you need a new one
you could try switching ram sticks out and only trying one if you can

You probably want to change your passwords if you believe they have been comprimised as soon as possible. Also you should report the video.
edit:
if you cannot boot it but you have important files before you reformat the hdd you could live boot a linux os and try to recover important files that way
