And so, when I get the key to Proxo (from the official link), insert it, I get the error: PROXO, after I insert this key again, it says that it is already in use, but the reader itself did not start, I tried  Get the new code and it will be the same.  Please decide, thanks in advance.  (Antivirus disabled, Windows 7 x64)

I can not take screenshots on my computer.  I described all the details to you above.  All third-party programs are closed. Screenshots that I make are not saved.

What anti virus do you have 

And are u using any vpn or proxy
