I can't get a key!

so I open Proxo, click Retrieve Key, complete the steps as per usual, click continue and click continue again. I get sent to the 'Proxo Checkpoint Two of Two' site and I write the captcha. I've been inputting the captcha and continuing just to be sent back to the same site over and over. No matter how hard I try it won't send me to a different site! And even if I delete the tab, redo everything, it does the same thing. Is there a way to fix this or to get a key easier?
