I downloaded the Proxo five minutes ago, extracts and when I click to open it shows a loading for thousands of seconds and nothing happens, not even open and stay in the background.

 

Note: Antivirus is turned off and is the latest version.

None, only windows 10 default

so is windows defender fully disabled
