JJSploit downloading but closing right after or file is "moved"

I just found about JJSploit and I downloaded it earlier in the day but then I tried to use it again and it said "can't find dll". I then deleted it to find out when I try to download it it'd say, "File has been deleted or moved" or "Your PC can't use this software" something of that sort and the thing is about the second one is, I had it earlier. But I don't know what to do because the file isn't opening and then I already turned off my antivirus, used several different browsers and even shut down my computer several times. Please I beg someone help.

turn off windows defender. windows defender re enables after every boot if you disable it the normal way.

I use McAffe so there is no need for it. I already turned off McAffe off so nothing is blocking it.

windows defender still exist
even if u have mac free or not
