So like, I want to download a new injector/executor/etc.
But I came across a false virus named Trojan:Win32/CredentialAccess!rfn
What is it about?
Is it safe?

Well, some people may panic over the name "CredentialAcces!" since maybe it's accessing your passwords or credit cards but maybe it's something else. Maybe.
