Cant Install JJSploit

When i try to install JJSploit it gives the following error: This file does not have and app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Settingg Page.

How i can fix this?

anti-virus deleted it

disable it and reinstall
