For me (I only make API exploits), I usually compare it to the amt of time it would take me, so something like a fastcoloredtextbox dual API would be like 10 rbx since it's super easy and quick to make, but something with Monaco and a ton of apis would hike the price up to 200 rbx because Monaco is harder to set up and requires more time.
My major recommendation however is just to make your own exploit, there are tutorials out there, and if you're dedicated to it, the result is something you would use daily, you would appreciate it more than if you bought a custom exploit from us.
