I can't install all exploits. My computer automatically deleted my files suddenly after I download it Even though I disabled all antivirus sofeware:((

I use windows 10, and I have to try over and over. I disabled all antivirus software include Windows Defender, But when I download Exploit program, It was automatically deleted by my PC. How do I do:((

Another thing I was turn off Safe Browser button in my browser already, I can download it to my storage but when I opened it. It was disappeared from my storage, I think the problem is in my PC

Check Task Manager

Scroll through it until you see something that looks like an anti virus
