Proxo Bootstrapper Issue

I've been having this issue with proxo bootstrapper where after using the bootstrapper the link won't show up in the text box. This issue has been happening ever since I accidentally clicked accept on quick updater (got it off my pc luckily.) My antivirus is off, everything works fine other than that final text box. Can somebody link the download link in the comments please?
As writing this, the bootstrapper will now not open at all and gives me an error thats quickly closes making it impossible to read. I was also extracting the files too so that isn't the issue.

@Vaderusually I would have bitdefender but it's being wierd and wont download so I have only windows security which is currently off

wdym usually have bitdefender
anyways if u have it make sure its off
also double check windows defender if you restartded the pc recectly

bitdefender is a good antivirus but after I wiped my pc early last year I haven't had it
and I can confirm that my antivirus is off, but that isn't my issue. My issue is that there is some sort of bug with proxo where the bootstrapper won't supply a link to get the download on my browser

From looking at the video I supplied it shows the second issue I was having because I wasn't able to capture the other one. In this video the error says something along the lines of "this program is not made for the 64-bit version of windows."

@Vader btw this isn't the link I'm talking about, the link I need is the link at the end of the bootstrapper in the text box and once putting it into google it will download proxo onto your pc.

tried running the bootstapper myself
didnt have to use a link or anything
try using the bootstrapper here

if that doesnt work try running one of the two exes and see if they work
