I actually did use WPF back when i made Spectrum with Zera, i hated how the button style system worked :/

honestly isnt bad but could be so much better for your version since your far more experienced in winforms. You should have used a lighter color for the buttons, not as large minimize and exit buttons and more. You did pretty great for the loading screen though but overall exploit screen..meh

The button color is dark since i thought it would be easy for the eyes
The Minimize and Exit sizes is because i forgot to change the size since i copied and pasted those buttons from the main buttons down below... oops
