Being rude on the forum is against the rules. If someone is being rude, write a detailed complaint in /forum/disputes. I suppose you can email contact@wearedevs.net too. The report should be detailed, otherwise, it could go ignored.
You aren't saying who is doing what and where on this thread, so there isn't much we can do.
