Yes you can but there is a 24h cooldown for each time the computer you log onto is different.
This means that you gotta wait 24h to be able to play on your friend's PC and 24h again to play on your normal PC.

@carni_val You can't "fix" a PC with wannacry. You need the decryption key. Otherwise, just reinstall Windows, you can do it yourself for free and it's as easy as that. You just need to flash Windows 10 onto a USB and then put that USB on your PC (when your PC is off) and then boot into bios (check for keybinds they are different for different manufacturers). Then you select to boot onto the USB and then you can reinstall Windows it's gonna delete everything by itself.
