Name changing

I know that name changing is for supporters or whatever, but I would like to see a way to change it without having to get that. Maybe the ability to change it once every 6 months or year if you dont have a subscription?

that would make less people buy premium. i dont know what to think about this.

I thought of something to add on such as your account having to be a certain age (1 year or around there) & a certain amount of positiver rep/posts/threads just so that people don't fully disregard premium.
Also a limit of only changing it once or twice overall
