KRNL Error that I'm having, Or issue

I'm new to this script things, I downloaded KRNL, Because it seemed like one of the bests to use to start, I already tried using JJSploit but when i clicked attach, nothin. Now I'm trying KRNL, But When i put a script and click inject, then execute, It says that i have to inject first, even tho i already clicked the inject button. Can someone help me?

Yeah my antivirus is off, i'm not sure tho since i don't have any actually, Only Windows defender, Which sucks-

ok go into windows security> virus and threat protection> virus and threat protection settings> turn off real time protection

also if you want to turn windows real time defender back on make a exclusion folder:

Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection. Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings, and then under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions. Select Add an exclusion, and then select from files, folders, file types, or process.

then reinstall into the exclusion folder krnl and put it into there then you can turn real time protection back on which is recommended :D
