Malwarebytes is pretty good, one of my uncle's actually works there, so I don't think it's a rat.

Emsisoft is also pretty good

SpySheriff JK XD and yes yes malwarebytes the scanner is free and bt the antivirus part isnt but it good av yes and hitman pro
