go to win defender then click real time protection then scroll down and click exclusions then add whatever the hell you want

@MaximusExploit windows firewall is for internet security stuff, windows defender/security is anti-malware.
so basically they are not the same thing at all. they're different things and if you create an exclusion in windows security it will do nothing in firewall
