R.I.P Darkn's WeAreDevs account.
I accidentally removed my WeAreDevs account 2FA from Google Authenticator because I thought it was one of my outdated Discord 2FA stuff, so now I can't turn off my WeAreDevs 2FA setting or sign in on another device.
:cwi:
Alright, stay safe.

I don't really understand why you would ever use Google Authenticator (or any other Google product) especially when it's for security and reliability. Their TOTP/HOTP authenticator is not at all reliable or secure, not having basic features like at-rest encryption, encrypted local backups, etc. The lack of security makes all stored secrets available for taking to any bioluminescent african-american federal agents once they actually get a hold of your mobile phone (or malware). For the purposes of storing passwords and TOTP/HOTP generation, you can always choose a simple system such as KeePassXC (FOSS, GPLv3) https://keepassxc.org/ or at the very least (for Android-based operating systems) - AndOTP (FOSS, MIT) https://github.com/andOTP/andOTP
