Could you please rate my bootstrapper?

I will accept any suggestions, but please don't rate me so bad.. I'm still 50/50 experienced in this.

This is so suspicious, first of all, why obfuscate this? It's just a bootstrapper it doesn't require that much skill to make. And why are there so many classes? Even more suspicious and you use a crappy Obfuscator that anyone can Deobfuscate. So how am I supposed to rate your bootstrapper? If I can't see how it was put together. And maybe don't obfuscate small stuff like this because it can lose some user's trust

@Xen80 It's obfuscated, because I wouldn't like somebody to leak this source. This is for the safety of my bootstrapper.

So it's just a normal console app that download the compressed rar from a specific url ? There's nothing to rate then

Well it's kinda bad because you made it download the rar into a specific directory and never un-zip / extract (Uncompress) it lol so why don't you just make it download into the current directory because when users extract.. it would create another folder using the rar name (Useless folder) and you called a new WebClient but never close when it's done its job (Mem leak alert)

You'll need the bootstrapper to extract the package. Besides that, why use an array when you're only using one link? Decompile some other person's bootstrapper and see how it works.
