Im looking for a website that allows you to receive 2fa codes properly. Any suggestions?

Any cloud-based OTP service should never be used simply because it's not secure and cannot be secure. The most you can do cloud-based in this scenario is store encrypted OTP secrets on said cloud, retrieving and decrypting them locally to generate the needed keys.

No such service exists, from what I know, although you can always code your own, OTP Is not hard and there are tens of libraries available for making applications relating to them.

@Moon From my experience, Authy is. They store encrypted secrets on the cloud associated with your email address. I can't confirm their level of security, though.
