i use an external hard drive using a usb action logger so if theres any suspicious actions actions it'll be blocked so all my files be safe >:)

The first thought is to use Mega.NZ or Keybase, which both offer plug-and-play end-to-end encryption without needing to fiddle with anything. However, both of those offer a maximum storage limit of 50-75 GBs without requiring payment.
While I would never ever recommend saving files anywhere else, you can try services such as Google Driver (or any other, as a matter of fact) as long as you incorporate your own encryption into the mix. You can compress/archive all of your required files then use GPG to encrypt them all with a key that you have access to once you're on the second machine. For FOSS GPG clients I recommend https://www.gpg4win.org/ as it has a GUI so even a Windoze toddler can figure out how it works. Store key safely on mobile phone or storage medium until you get on your new Windows install. Download encrypted archive, decrypt with private GPG key, unarchive, there are your files.
