Why doesn't my Krnl work?

I did everything right, I downloaded Krnl from the official website to be safe and it doesn't work. I've tried to redownload the RAR, but it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

@davidTube I run the Krnl bootstrapper exe file and it says "Krnl has stopped responding"

Maybe because you don't have .net 4.7.2 installed (I guess they use .net 4.7.2 because that's like so common), if so, download here:
