Don't think It's possible other than changing devices. Log out, then log back in using a VPN

You could just contact support discord saying you do not have a phone number to use, they might unblock it for you.

@17308THank yuo for the reply i did contact them but they said they couldnt lift it.So i borrowed my dad phone to take pictures instead i verifyed my account.(dont worry i still took some pictures).
