it's impossible to fix it if you don't close all other apps in background than ROBLOX. just upgrade your PC and there should be less lags and ping. probably your wifi is too bad, that's all.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't it be your wifi problems. I would assume It would be fps unlike ping but I'm no computer man. But anyways if ur using a PC use ethernet if ur not already wired wifi connection is better then wireless.
