Not taking advantage of 2JJ1 being online or anything hehe
1. Post lock archived threads
2. Add a 0 reputation option for moderators (For warnings to be used for minor infractions) (Ability to add a warning without removing the current + or - rep on the user already)

3. If an account that has Patron / VIP has -20 reputation, the account can no longer give or take reputation

how about not having rep also be moderation that would be much better
also pretty sure there's a give rep lock at -20 or -30

Sounds cool I have no objections.
I have sneaking suspicion you want neutral rep so you dont have to neg rep friends (cough laxion)
