[Re-Release] Discord WebHook API wrapper (C#)

So a while ago I released a WebHook API wrapper but it was kinda crappy. My leg got messed up, so I couldn't do much. So I decided to remake this. 

Examples:

/*
Make sure you set the Url, Username, Profile picture, and the Message in Settings.cs
*/

DeleteWebHookAsync(); //Deletes the WebHook

SendMessage(); //Sends a message throught the WebHook

Exists(); //Returns a boolean value, (true if it exists, false if it doesn't.)
