If ROBLOX has updated for you, that means you're on a beta channel version of ROBLOX, and stuff will not work for you.
In order to fix, please follow these instructions:
Step 1: Open the current ROBLOX version folder by going to %localappdata%\Roblox\Versions\, and find the folder with RobloxPlayerBeta.exe in it
Step 2: Download the current ROBLOX at https://setup.roblox.com/version-99b3c098642d411d-RobloxApp.zip
Step 3: Extract the .zip you just downloaded, and replace the installed RobloxPlayerBeta.exe with the one you just downloaded.

I think you can also just opt out of the beta? Unless this is something else.

@63568 whats new in the beta version? and what affects exploits?
AH, everything is in the app, i had the beta version installed by default like months ago, but synapse was working well on it, but after like 2 months later it updated and i cant access my avatar and stuff in the app anymore
