Email push notifications & Report system

So for active nerds like me, It would be very nice if I got an email every time I have a new unread message (it would finally occupy the forum tab in Gmail)
For moderation, it would be so helpful for a report thread & reply system so that people don't have to wait 40 minutes for a moderator to respond

Sometimes, I'm not looking at the forum and an email push system would be a nice alert since sometimes you'll have to reload to view notifications
