give moderators the ability to remove these threads. also, add like 20 days delay befor someone can make threads

I believe moderators already have this ability and 20 day delay sounds kind of dumb because if someone made an account to make a thread to ask for help then they can't because of 20 day delay.

We've had the ability to remove threads ever since I became a forum mod.

Also 20 day delay sounds dumb

if they wont make threads then they will spam replies

even though theres a cooldown they will still spam
