Adjust margin and align forum menu

Current one (very bad!!)

With margin and aligned to left (cool)

It looks off when it's aligned to the right when most of the forum text and divs are aligned to the left

@Zera It may not seem like a big deal at first but the inconsistency can be confusing and disorienting to viewers
Aligning the content to the left creates a sense of unity, while aligning it to the right can make the page appear cluttered and disorganized
