We now have a new Updater with Windows Defender Exclude and cool Animations.

it's all honky jonky because the code is from the older comet bootstrappers which used code from all over the place because i never really learned how to code all that well (pretty much why i'm planning to hire a developer to code my stuff for me if they were available)
i'll have a list of stuff used if i can remember where i got a lot of this stuff back then

@0x777_ Comet 3's Source Code is way less organized and many things aren't grouped into regions or anything. It's actually painful to make changes to it.
