I found this bug. For an example you reply to someone and change your mind. You want to reply to someone else on the same thread and it will pop up with the last users name. Ill show you an example.

@Xero, I think you didn't get him he means that the person he's trying to mention is not getting mentioned instead the last person who replied to the thread get's mentioned.
