I could do developing for the exploits, scripts, UI’s, Coding, etc. I also can manage Discords.
But if I were to spend my time working the projects, what’s in it for me? Will I receive any Pays?

Same here with Jazzy, ^ ^ does it pay also, if so I would like to be apart of the "Game Scripts Finders for the Exploit", "Developers for the Exploits" and "UI Imporvers for the exploit". This is just a rough copy what I got done in 10 mins so let me know if interested in hiring me.
