Help with JJSploit v4?

After i've downloaded the JJSPloit v4 installer, and it installs, i press open file and my computer gives me this. Windows cannout access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. Anybody know how i can fix this?

What windows version are you using? Check with the control panel

Also show the flow you're running with a Gyazo gif

Make sure your av is disabled
