JJSploit "Disable Your Anti-Virus" Bug

JJSploit is not working for me whenever I open it it tells me "There was an error checking when checking for updates! Please make sure your anti-virus isn't blcoking our internet connection" I have already disabled my anti-virus (including my windows defender) I dont know what im supposed to do i have re-installed it multiple times using the installer and portable version. I downloaded 64x and 86x microsoft c++ thing or whatever it is. can anybody help me out? whenever i see people with the same issue its always replied with "disable your anti-virus" but its just not working for me

have you disabled real-time protection? add a folder exclusion.

i just made a folder exclusion to jjsploit and that didnt work either :/
