yea so this is old and you wont get adware anymore lol
A long-time ago (Around 1-2 years back) I installed something from the wrd website
When I used the installer i accidentally press y e s for some random stuff
And when I was done installing the thingy i got adware on google chrome
Ive been trying to fix this for a very long time
If someone could tell me the program name or something that would be nice

i would use absolute uninstaller (google it)
autho the installer has adware in it, but the application itself is fine
just decline the other stuff
and also double check your extensions on chrome to make sure that there isn't any weird ones

You might've opted in for additional downloads while running an installer. This was once on JJSploit, but has been removed for a while already. Solutions vary to remove software. Some software have different steps. It is standardly from the Windows Control Panel. If you're only seeing it on Chrome, look at your installed Chrome extensions. You can view your installed Chrome extensions at the url: chrome://extensions/
