The program can't start because msvcp140. dll is missing from your computer. This is happening with all exploits except jj.

Can somebody please help me on how to fix this?
Previously attempted solutions:

Possible solution: Run it in adminstrator mode.

Result: Failure.

 

Possible solution: Disable antivirus complelely.

Result: Failure.

 

Possible solution: Download the dll's externally.

Result: Failure.

 

Possible solution: Erase everything from computer and hard reset.

Result: FAILURE.

Please help me.
