(problem)i keep trying to download it but it chrome keeps deleting/blocking it all my anti-viruse soft wares are down so i dont know what the problem is.

Double check windows defender as it turns on randomly; make sure there's no other antivirus on and check downloads after pressing "Keep".

If this consists try a different browser?
