Indeed. I'm wondering if I should just ignore it or if I should do something. Also, there is the option to give up and never go on the PC again.

I have already deleted all extensions and the problem still occurs. The thing that I'm scared about is that even if I don't open any application, including chrome, the weird chrome bar appears after a few seconds.
