I personally know a lot more on how to use WinForms but the times where I tired WPF I couldn't seem to get used to it. Anyone have good tips or tutorials for using WPF? I personally love the animations in WPF.

WPF is a steep and confusing learning curve, for example, coding for WPF is slightly different, which makes it confusing, for example, since i was used to Winforms, i used Enviroment.Exit(0); when making Coco Z2, which ended up in Coco Z2 not closing properly (i'm fixing that), a tip to using WPF: Animations are quite easy, Margins are very important however if you want to make animations move or resize.

Zera taught me the very very basic, and after that... i just took a break because i thought it was hard, then one day i was given an opportunity to make an exploit, everyone wanted me to make it in WPF so i did, and when i finished it, it was so good it made that internal guy think that ghandy was hiring laxion

I would go with WPF if you want to have a more Good-Looking UI, but also if you are willing to put in Extra Work.
I would go with Winforms if you want to be able to make Somewhat 'decent' UIs really easily...
WPF is a big bend when you come down to learning it. When I was first learning WPF, as Zander said, I kind of suck him off. It's best to find someone who can TEACH you WPF instead of looking for ass YouTube tutorials, or tryinf to learn by yourself.
WPF Is hard to get used to at first, but if you practice around 1 - 2 hours a day, you get the hang of it.
