@smiley_man It's not because someone does not know WPF that he is a skid.
What wikipedia says about skids: In programming and hacking cultures, a script kiddie, skiddie, or skid is an unskilled individual who uses scripts or programs, such as a web shell, developed by others to attack computer systems and networks and deface websites. It is generally assumed that most script kiddies are juveniles who lack the ability to write sophisticated programs or exploits on their own and that their objective is to try to impress their friends or gain credit in computer-enthusiast communities. However, the term does not relate to the actual age of the participant. The term is considered to be derogatory.
So how is someone that does not know WPF a skid? Last time i checked, that guy never tried to impress anyone and pretend he's a C# nerd. Imagine if you were that person. I do not think you would like it if everytime you ask what is a thing you don't know, people told you that you are a skid.
Do not call people skids for no reason.

WPF is Windows Presentation Foundation. It is a C# UI framework made by Microsoft and compatible with .NET Framework and .NET Core (not sure about Mono). It is an alternative for winforms. One difference with winforms is the thing they use to render the graphics. I forgot the name but basically, in WPF it's gonna be less pixely (idk if that's a word) or sharper (if that's the word) unlike winforms. Also, you code the UI in XAML for WPF which looks like HTML (it uses a tag syntax) when in winforms you don't code the UI (for the most part) because it does it for you.
